Description:

• Work collaboratively with teammates to make decisions, consult as a language expert to assist with translation
• Interpret/translate Reach Dane Stoughton team in their partnership with enrolled families
• Communicate with staff regarding availability, team decisions and assignments
• Collaborate in a respectful manner
• Reply to emails and messages in a timely fashion
• Accurate interpretation without personal additions to the communication

Performance Requirements:

• Proficiency in Spanish and English, Near-native fluency
• Reliability in making scheduled meetings and deadlines
• Willingness to learn new skills that may be necessary for fuller participation
• Ability to work successfully with Reach Dane Stoughton team toward shared goals
• Maintain confidentiality of the families
• Relationship- based and Trauma Informed approach to serving families
