Cashier at Habitat ReStore - no experience needed

Habitat of Dane County is looking for cashiers to help at our east side ReStore!

Shift available 1-5pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. View shifts and sign up (will be marked as cashier training shifts) athttps://habitatdane.volunteerhub.com/

Habitat ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, building materials and appliances at a fraction of the retail price.

Volunteer cashiers are needed to:

• Greet and interact with customers
• Operate a register
• Utilize the store paging system

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for the majority of a 4-hour shift (with periodic breaks and a chair available at the register)
• Good customer service skills
• Willingness to learn
