Help homebound Seniors and adults with disabilities by delivering Meals on Wheels in the Kingston area. Hunger is a serious threat facing many older adults and individuals with disabilities. The nutrition service, Meals on Wheels, is provided Monday through Friday to individuals who are home-bound due to illness, disability, or geographic isolation. Monday - Friday mornings, approximately 1-2 hours per delivery. Volunteer one day, multiple days or be a backup driver, whatever works with your schedule.
