About this Opportunity
Brighten lives for area patients by providing a positive, rewarding experience for donors at Vitalant’s one-day Mobile Blood Drives that are held in the Chicagoland area - including surrounding suburbs and counties.
Responsibilities include: Welcome and check-in donors. Explain the donation process and answer any non-medical/eligibility questions. Manage donor flow when needed. Provide courteous communication and assistance to donors and staff. Assist with set up and help maintain cleanliness in Reception and Refreshment areas. Report any possible adverse post-donation reactions to staff. Training Provided.
