About this Opportunity
I am looking for someone who is available every Thursday to make phone calls to either facilities or patients homes who are on hospice services and make sure they have everything they need for the weekend. We will fill out a note for each patient and what the need may be. I will train you and make sure you feel comfortable and we will do many of them together while learning. This will be done in our office in Jackson MI.
