About this Opportunity
Mental health care packages provide comfort and support through soothing items like body care, journals, and stress-relief tools. They encourage self-care, helping individuals develop healthy coping routines. Receiving a package can reduce feelings of isolation and remind someone they are not alone. Overall, these packages offer a simple yet meaningful way to support mental well-being. We have over 100 people currently signed up to receive these packages however we are running very low on supplies and with shipping costs being so expensive now we need all the help we can get!
