About this Opportunity

In just 2-4 hours each month, you can protect vulnerable adults from financial abuse, eviction, utility cut off, and loss of independence. The Oregon Money Management Program is a statewide network of community service agencies, that train and support volunteers who help low-income older adults with daily money management tasks.

If you are compassionate, patient, organized and good at managing your own personal finances we would love to hear from you. All volunteers receive thorough training, are responsible to serve at least two hours per month and are required to pass a background check.

Volunteers receive information about an available client and if approved by the volunteer, meet with client in the client's home at a mutually convenient time. Volunteers are needed in Marion, Polk, Clatsop, Yamhill and Tillamook counties.
