We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team and support our contract management process.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in contract administration, compliance, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of contract documents.
- Support the tracking and management of contract lifecycles, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and terminations.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure contract terms are understood and followed.
- Help maintain contract files and databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve contract-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Law, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with contract management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
