About this Opportunity
Mobile Pantry Launched in 2023, the Mobile Pantry is a collaboration between Harvest of Hope, Boulder Housing Partners, Community Food Share, Boulder Food Rescue, and the Boulder County Area Agency on Aging. Each week, we deliver a selection of our inventory to low-income housing communities in Boulder, making food more accessible for those facing mobility and transportation challenges. Currently we have 6 mobile pantries that serve 400 residents a month.
Van Drivers: Van drivers help by driving the food to the location, unloading and assisting with the pantry during the time it is open. They load up empty crates and leftover food and return to the pantry. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Check-In Volunteers use a laptop/iPad to check in shoppers, and assist with unloading and setting up food when necessary.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday mornings. Regular and Substitute drivers needed.
