About this Opportunity
The Museum at Prairiefire (MAP), is actively looking for area volunteers. Located at 135th and Nall, the MAP is the anchor of the Prairiefire entertainment development. The Museum has partnerships with the American Museum of Natural History in New York City, as well as other cultural and educational institutions to host traveling exhibitions. In addition to world-class exhibitions, the Museum has areas for children and adults to experience hands - on, interactive learning including the Discovery Room (educational content for for children ages 3-12, all ages welcome) and the Alive! Interactive Exhibition in the Great Hall. The Museum's volunteers play a vital role in enhancing the visitors' experience and providing guests with guidance when needed.
