About this Opportunity
VITAS has openings for people with friendly pets to join our Paw Pals Program. Volunteers and their pets visit Hospice patients to offer comfort, encourage activity, recall memories and provide unconditional love. Pets can often reach patients when no one else can and brightens everyone's day.
All pets are welcome. Pets must be groomed (if applicable). Pet is at least 1 year old and have been with their human companion for at least 1 year. Has up-to-date healthcare and immunizations.
