Did you know that over 90% of the workforce for the American Red Cross is a volunteer? The Volunteer Engagement Lead is responsible for overseeing the "Volunteer Experience" for Volunteers serving in the assigned Department. Help us support and recognize the of volunteers that give their time & talents in the Nebraska Iowa Region. As an Engagement Volunteer, you can help onboard, mentor, encourage and express gratitude to our volunteer workforce.

Flexible: Approximately 10 hours per month preferred, but we will work with your schedule.

Work Location: remotely and on-site.

Volunteers who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 may participate in Red Cross events as long as they wear a mask. All volunteers, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask if requested by a client. Masks will be provided at each event.
