No previous experience in the medical field is required, but experience working on a computer and a willingness to learn our electronic health records (EHR) system is essential. Responsibilities:
- Provide patient appointment and procedure scheduling over the phone and in person.
- Utilize our electronic health records (EHR) software to ensure appointments are made according to specific provider preferences and ensure appropriate time slots are allocated.
- Answer patient questions, provide instructions, and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, patient requests, or other challenges professionally using critical thing and problem-solving skills to find appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with patients.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and appointments efficiently.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accurate scheduling.
- Willing and comfortable learning our patient electronic health record (EHR) computer system.
