About this Opportunity
Use your fluency in Spanish to help Community Blood Center save lives! Volunteers fluent in Spanish are needed to assist with interpreting for Spanish-speaking donors at blood drives. Interpreters will assist a donor throughout the entirety of the donation process, translate verbal information and written documents into Spanish for the donor. Training and orientation provided.
A background check and intrepretive skill assessment will be conducted.
Minimum age: 16. Volunteers asked to commit to at least one shift/month and a minimum of six months of service. Flexible scheduling available. Call 816-968-4079 or email [email protected] for more information.
