About this Opportunity
The Application Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's software applications, with a focus on ensuring that applications are up-to-date, secure, and functioning properly. The Application Administrator will work closely with the IT team to design and implement updates to applications, and will be responsible for managing user accounts and permissions, conducting application audits, and providing technical support to users. The successful candidate will have experience managing software applications and a strong understanding of application design and development principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's software applications, including design and implementation of updates and new features.
- Ensure that applications are up-to-date, secure, and functioning properly.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, and provide technical support to users.
- Conduct application audits to identify any issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that applications align with the organization's technology strategy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of application design and development best practices.
- Attend meetings, events, and other functions as needed to represent the organization and advance application goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in application design and development
- Strong understanding of application design and development principles
- Experience managing software applications and user accounts
- Proficiency with design software and tools, as appropriate
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
