Pen Pals - Emmet County

Become a Pen Pal to a local 3rd or 4th grade student in your county. Students and volunteers are matched by the county RSVP coordinator and volunteers are provided with a schedule and information about their student. Students start off by writing the first letter to their volunteer Pen Pal, and volunteers respond by answering questions and sharing life experiences with their students. Following a series of 3 exchanged letters, volunteers and students get to meet their Pen Pals at a fun Meet & Greet party at a local park or at the school.

Current Pen Pal program schools include public and private schools in Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Kossuth, and Palo Alto Counties.
