How to Make a T-shirt Tote Bag

Supplies Needed:

Clean, old t-shirt (thick fabric better)
Sharp Scissors

Steps:

Cut off the sleeves

Cut off the neckline

Cut off the bottom hem

Cut fringe about 4 inches from the bottom and 1 inch apart

Tie the fringe. Tie the front and back fringe in a double knot. You will notice small holes between the knots. Go back double knot a fringe from each neighboring knot to close the gaps.
