Kitten Nursery Volunteer Orientation

A perfect job for nurses or veterinary students!

Job Description::

• Work independently and in groups to feed and care for kittens within the nursery.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace within the nursery by abiding by procedures and protocols
• Communicate medical concerns, behavior observations, and supply needs to a senior staff member.
• Daily and general cleaning, including but not limited to: dishes, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and deep cleaning kennels.
• Uploading documents and keeping accurate records of kittens within the nursery
• Provide basic medical care as directed.
• Potential willingness to work a shift overnight is a plus!
• Shifts are 4 hours in length, 10am-2pm
