The Longest Day- Volunteer or Committee Member

Are you outgoing? Do you have a passion for the events? Are you ready to spread awareness and find more people to join the fight against Alzheimers disease? If you answered yes, we need your help!

The Alzheimer's Association, Greater Iowa chapter is looking for volunteers to help us with our second signature event, The Longest Day. You are invited to join The Longest Day Team Task Force where you will play a vital role in team recruitment and cultivation, as well as marketing and promoting the event. Meetings and check ins will take place throughout the next few months via conference call.

The Longest Day is a unique sunrise-to-sunset team fundraising event to honor the strength, heart and endurance of those affected by Alzheimers disease. Held on June 20, the summer solstice, teams will participate in any activity of their choice to raise awareness and funds for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimers Association.
