About this Opportunity
Looking for friendly adults to share a book with our youngest learners in K-3 classrooms at Kennedy Elementary School.
Classroom will be assigned day of, and books will be provided by the school.
A BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO VOLUNTEERING IN ALL DUBUQUE SCHOOLS

Once completed you can drop off the completed form to the Forum at 2300 Chaney Road or email to [email protected].
If you have completed a background check in the last 5 years with the Dubuque Community School District you DO NOT need to complete an additional form.
Please Note: It can take up to 2-4 weeks for a background check to come back.
