Register Help

Overflow is looking for friendly volunteers who love people, to run our register. Register volunteers have the full support of our staff to help answer questions or step in as needed. Our shifts are in two hour time slots. Wednesday-Friday 10-6PM and on Saturdays between the hours of 10AM and 4PM.

We opened our second store- Overflow Thrift Store-Furniture and More in 2020. Because of this, our Register Volunteer needs have increased. Overflow remains committed to providing affordable goods in the Ames area. Helping out on the register is a great way to help us to do this. We also are blessed with simply wonderful customers and other volunteers. Please consider joining our team. We'd love to have you be a part of our Overflow family!
