About this Opportunity
Are you passionate about history and the visitor experience? Are you interested in getting involved in your community? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to actually work on a railroad? If you answered YES to any of these questions, The Northwest Railway Museum is interested in meeting you!
The Northwest Railway Museum is a non-profit organization in Snoqualmie, WA. Our mission is "to develop and operate an outstanding railroad museum that provides the public a place to experience the excitement of a working railroad and to see and understand the significance of railroads in the development of the State of Washington and adjacent areas."
Key to the mission is the Snoqualmie Valley Railroad. The railroad offers the public round-trip rides from Snoqualmie to North Bend, including Snoqualmie Falls, and is staffed entirely by volunteers. The Museum offers all of the training needed to work train crew as part of our Running Trades Program. Share your passion for community and join the Northwest Railway Museum today!
