About this Opportunity
Do you want to help families living on low incomes or people experiencing homelessness stay warm this winter?
Knit-It-Alls (KIA) Volunteers knit and crochet throughout the year to create warm winter clothing for low-income families and/or people experiencing homelessness in Seattle/King County. Solid Ground then distributes the items in the winter to people we serve as well as other nonprofits to pass out to their participants. Groups are welcome!
We're looking for volunteers to...
- Knit, crochet, or sew a range of warm items like hats, scarves, mittens, as well as baby and childrens clothing.
- Count, tag, and sort KIA donations.

BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color), and people with the lived experience of food insecurity are strongly encouraged to volunteer.
