Fall Youth Recreational Soccer Coach

Description: WYSC is looking for volunteers to coach soccer teams during the season's fall league!There are several age division ranging from U4 - high school age. After registering as a volunteer please contact WYSC to see which divisions need coaches and/or request an age division. Located at the Athey soccer complex, ext to the WARF.

Qualifications: Some soccer knowledge is required and a love for being around youth and encouraging a healthy lifestyle through athletics! After registering as a coach, a background check will be run on each coach. If under 18 yrs old, you must first go through the WYSC "Athletic Mentor" program before registering as a head coach.

Time Requirements: Your team will have one practice a week during the weekdays and one game on the weekend. Weekend games are held on either Saturday mornings or Sunday evenings. When registering on the WYSC website as a coach, you may request certain practice times and days& game day preference. The 2018 season runs from Aug. 20th - Sept 9th.

After signing up on PATH, volunteers must register at WYSC.org as well. This will allow you to view your team roster and contacts.
