Hospice Companion Volunteer - North Branch

Do you get told you are comforting, patient, and caring? We are looking for you! St. Croix Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals to support our patients, their families, and their caregivers. Schedules are flexible.

If you enjoy personal interaction and providing a caring presence to those in need, then volunteering as a companion volunteer may be a good fit for you. As a Companion Volunteer at St. Croix Hospice, you would spend time with patients on a regular basis by visiting them where they live and spending time interacting with them. This could include talking about their life, reading to them, playing games, listening to music, watching tv together. It varies with each patient. The commitment can be as few as 4 hours per month.
