About this Opportunity
The Intake Coordinator volunteer role is essential for ensuring a smooth and organized intake process. They provide all necessary communication to fosters and rescue partners, including pick-up details and van arrival time. They also ensure completed foster contracts and offer support to the Intake Lead and Executive Director. Additionally, they reach out to first-time fosters to address any questions.
The time commitment for this role is approximately one hour on Friday evening and two to three hours on Saturday, one weekend every 4-6 weeks.
