About Us: MBMentorsis a premier source of business coaching and advice for entrepreneurs andestablished small businesses. We are founded and staffed by experiencedexecutives and business owners passionate about giving back to our businesscommunity.
We are a 501(c)3 all-volunteer nonprofit whose mission is toempower and promote small businesses in our region.
As a CEO Roundtable Facilitator,you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating engaging and productivediscussions among our diverse group of business owners.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and leading roundtable discussions once monthly for 10 months/year at public meeting spaces, such as Hennepin County Library with our CEO's.
- Encouraging knowledge sharing.
- Ensuring all voices are heard and ideas are respected.
- Cultivating a supportive and collaborative environment for participants.
What you'll need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in facilitation or leadership roles.
- Knowledge of business principles and industry trends (preferred).
- Ability to adapt to various personalities and perspectives.
- Availability to volunteer and facilitate meetings, 1/2 days on Thursdays, from 7:30-12:30pm one time/month.
