Animal Humane Society - Community Outreach Tabling Volunteer in the Twin Cities

At Animal Humane Society, our mission is to engage the hearts, hands, and minds of the community to help animals.

Community Outreach Tabling Attendant Volunteers team up with Animal Humane Society Community Outreach Liaisons (paid staff) to represent and raise awareness of AHS at various neighborhood and community tabling events. Regular events include:

• Vaccine clinics: Monthly clinics at our University Avenue Vet Center that offer affordable vaccinations for pets in the community.
• Produce fairs: These events distribute fresh produce to the community.
• Festivals: Participation in special events such as Fiesta Latina, PRIDE, and Uniquely Eastside, just to name a few!Volunteer recruitment events:The events are at high schools, colleges and universities in the Twin Cities area.
