Support Group Facilitator

Our Support Group Facilitators provide support for clients and structure to Support Group meetings (completion of online course training required). Facilitators are provided training and curriculum to encourage engaging and supportive conversations. Our support group facilitators provide:

• Support for clients by leading discussions
• Structure and organization during the meetings
• Offer insight, direction, and support to clients

Support groups are currently offered virtually on Monday evenings and in-person on Tuesday evenings in Scott County.

We ask our volunteer facilitators to sign up for a minimum of 1 shift per month.
