Looking for a fun, exciting, one-of-a-kind volunteer experience? Our volunteers play a vital role in making MSP Airport the top-rated airport in North America. We help more than 2 million people each year throughout the airport in a variety ways including:
- Provide customer service and support at both terminals
- Bring joy and comfort to travelers with MSP Animal Ambassadors
- Assist arts and culture initiatives that showcase our regional arts to the world
Volunteer shifts are available between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. daily.
A background checkmust be passed in order to be approved as a volunteer.
