About this Opportunity
Serve as host/moderator of web base education programs or support goups offered through Zoom, Google Meets, Blue Jeans. Mentor and coach Alzheimer's Association Volunteer Community Educators and Support Group Facilitators in use of technology to maximize the constituents/user experience. Troubleshoot constituent access issues for caregivers toparticipate in groups. Monitor chat, mute microphones and cueup Q/A for volunteers to answer. Lauch polling if part of user experience in platform.
