Store Associate Volunteer

We are in need of volunteers on Tuesday mornings specifically. Volunteers greet members as they come into our store to shop for the essential items that they need. Volunteers also use our computer system to check members in, help members shop if needed, help bag products, stock shelves and count inventory. This is a faith based organization, so we ask that our volunteers are willing to pray with members and offer them support and a listening ear when needed. Volunteers also do light cleaning to help maintain the cleanliness of the store.

Essentials is a ministry of Frontline Community Church. We serve about 80 families per month, supplying them with essentials items that they cannot get when on assistance. i.e. hygiene products, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, trash bags, and diapers. To become a member one needs a valid ID, $20 annual membership fee, and a proof of need. We also hold other programs for our members such as a free garage sale, life skills workshops, and help with Christmas presents.
