Total Trek Quest Coach

Become a coach with Total Trek Quest for 3rd5th grade boys at neighborhood schools across West
Michigan. An afterschool program, Total Trek Quest (TTQ) combines the physical activity of training for
a 5k run with a curriculum that focuses on learning to set goals, building strong relationships, and
making healthy choices. This fun, interactive 9-week program uses running and educational activities to
encourage positive mental health and wellness while also preventing high-risk behaviors. You dont
have to be a runner to be a coach!

Spring Season runs March-May, Fall Season runs September-November
