About this Opportunity

The Endwright Center and Endwright East, programs of Area 10 Agency on Aging, are seeking volunteers with clerical and/or customer service experience to help run our front desks in Ellettsville and our satellite location at the College Mall on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Responsibilities:

Greets members and provides potential members with information about our health & wellness offerings

Answers phones, makes reminder calls, relays messages, and provides appropriate follow-up information.

Completes class registrations and processes payments for classes/memberships.

Helps set up for classes and events when needed.

Any other task that helps the center run smoothly
