MIFA Phone Buddy Callers Needed!

Are you personable, and do you enjoy chatting on the phone? If yes, MIFA has the perfect volunteer opportunity for you that can be done in the comfort of your home!

On Thursdays and Fridays, our MiPhone Buddy volunteers call up to 10 of our senior homebound clients who receive Meals on Wheels. They check-in and let them know we are thinking of them - and provide some sunshine in their, many times, isolated day!Encouraging words can make all the difference!
