General Tutors for After School Program

Do you like working with kids? Are you looking for an opportunity to bring excitement into education for our students? You can volunteer any weekday with our DCP Students' Tutor Program!

A weekly commitment would be preferred but not necessary. Teaching experience is helpful but not required. Volunteershave the ability to pick which day of the week works best for them. There is an $8 dollar payment for background checks. You can make your payment on our website by clicking the donation button and adding "background check" in the note section OR drop off the amount with your volunteer application.The DCFS background check on the third page of the application does need to have a physical signature it can not be electronically signed.
