We are seeking a bilingual Volunteer Coordinator to help manage, and support volunteers for our organization. This role is essential in ensuring that our volunteers are engaged, well-organized, and effectively contribute to our mission. The ideal candidate is passionate about community service, has excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train new volunteers.
• Maintain volunteer records and schedules.
• Serve as the main point of contact for volunteers, providing guidance and support.
• Match volunteers with opportunities that fit their skills and interests.Communicate effectively with volunteers in both English and Spanish.
• Collaborate with staff to identify volunteer needs.
• Track volunteer hours and report on engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
