Join Us as a Read Across the Generations Facilitator!

Location:Gaithersburg Library
When:Wednesdays, 4:00 PM - 5:20 PM
For:PreK-5th grade children and their families

Were looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to facilitate ourRead Across the Generationsprogram. As a facilitator, you'll:

• Encourage families to read with JCA Interages volunteers at the library

• Act as a volunteer liaison with JCA and Librarystaff

• Help promote the program to the community

• Assist librarians in selecting age-appropriate books for the program

• SSL Hours

Student participation in this service project is at the discretion of the students parent/guardian and must be completed outside of school hours in a public space under direct supervision of the nonprofit organization. The nonprofit organization is responsible for maintaining student safety. Parents/guardians should contact the nonprofit directly with any questions and/or concerns.
