What Donor Calling Crew Volunteers Do:

• Connect with blood donors through phone calls, delivering essential information about upcoming blood drives and the benefits of donating.
• Express gratitude to past donors, reinforcing the importance of their contributions to our community’s health.
• Collaborate with the Donor Recruitment team to ensure successful blood drives and events.

What We’re Looking For: We need enthusiastic volunteers who possess a confident, friendly phone voice and strong customer service skills. Ideal candidates will be persuasive, dependable, and attentive. You will make calls from a donor center/office, and we offer flexible hours tailored to your availability.
