CrowdDoing Pro Bono Coach for Systems Change

Become a part of CrowdDoing's mission to drive systemic change across public health, environment, and service learning. We are looking for passionate, volunteer coaches ready to devote their time and expertise to transforming lives, organizations, and whole systems.

As a CrowdDoing Pro Bono Coach, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Ignite and elevate a dynamic community of systems change-makers, guiding them to turn their ambitious visions into realities.
• Co-create a community of trailblazing pro bono mentors and coaches collaborating to nurture global volunteers, our lab leaders, and our #SystemsChange ecosystem.
• Unlock the potential within emerging leaders, magnifying their impact far beyond what they could envision.
• Dive into an environment rich with systems change, surrounded by purpose, passion, and potential for great impact.
• Collaboratively create a thriving community of pioneering pro bono mentors and coaches, collectively nurturing our global volunteers, lab leaders, and our #SystemsChange ecosystem.
• Assist skilled change-makers in turning visions into reality, utilizing your experience navigating complexity.
• Contribute to a collaborative peer group, developing coaching skills and sharing best practices together.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Coaching Mastery: Experience in coaching leaders, teams, and system change initiatives towards extraordinary outcomes. Proficiency in techniques like exploratory inquiry, design thinking, systems mapping, and more is appreciated.
• Professional and Personal Traits: A sense of curiosity, courage, and a passion for empowering others to drive transformational change. We value individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a positive mindset, and an unwavering commitment to making a difference.
• Inclusivity: A welcoming attitude towards our global virtual volunteers is integral.
• Coaching Specialties: We welcome a variety of coaching specialties, including but not limited to Ikigai, Executive, Agile, Life, Health and Wellness, Career, Leadership, Performance, Financial, Relationship, Mindfulness, Team, Personal Development, Positive Psychology, Resilience, Transformational, Stress Management, Creativity, and Conflict Management Coaching. Both individual and team coaching skills are highly valued, with a special emphasis on the ability to integrate multiple coaching modalities into a coherent whole across a team for a single initiative or external partner.
• Pro Bono Contribution: We appreciate your readiness to donate your time and expertise to contribute to our cause. This role involves various lengths of collaboration, from workshops to long-term commitments and even embedded coaching within a team.

Coaches with experience and credentials are warmly welcome to apply to volunteer with our team. Relevant credentials might include recognized body such as the International Coaching Federation (ACC, PCC, MCC), International Association of Coaches (IAC-CC, IAC-MC), or Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (CBC, CMBC, ChBC).
