Attorney, Law Student, or Paralegal Needed for Occasional Legal Advice

Our mission is to successfully navigate clients through addiction recovery carried out online, from home, where they can have family support and supervision. We work with the client in recovery as well as their family. Our non-denominational Christian program is Bible based and non-12 steps. We are a charitable 501(c)3 Christian nonprofit corporation and are all volunteers. Our goal is to offer each person a lifetime of addiction freedom, which happens when this program is embraced with faith in Jesus Christ. The cost to each participant who attends our virtual addiction recovery center is $0.00

We charge no one and none of us are salaried.

In lieu of the Covid-19 pandemic, we changed the course of this ministry so that it is administered exclusively online in order to ease the minds of those we help. So, we are a COVID FREE ZONE!

From time to time, we need to consult a lawyer on some issues.

Qualifications:

• Must be available to communicate by phone and Zoom, with email/text communication between discussions.
• Must be able to pass a background check, if deemed necessary by our board.

1) Are you currently practicing law, working for an attorney, or are you retired?

2) Are you currently licensed and able to practice in the state of Montana?

3) What are you prepared to help us with, as far as answering questions and preparing documents?

4) What area of law is your expertise? We are looking for a lawyer who is well versed in nonprofit law.
