ZAKKI is a social startup that aims to build an inclusive community for the elderly and people with disabilities. Our mission is to facilitate the collection and distribution of donations in order to assist the elderly and people with disabilities who work in the informal sector in obtaining a better livelihood through micro-business management, thereby increasing their market exposure.

We are currently redesigning ZAKKI's fully functional product. In the coming years, we hope to complete the development of the ZAKKI fully functional product.

  • DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE

General Requirement:

  • Keen, enjoy, and excited to contribute for social caused and social change.
  • Thinker and Do-er person
  • Abundance with idea and initiative working as a team
  • Active, helpful and collaborative person (not passive person)
  • Good time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and know how to handle sensitive issues, such as conflict resolution and conflict of interest
  • Proficiency in English
  • Have competency to do their chosen role/position

Specific Requirement:

Onsite Volunteer (Field Volunteer) Coordinator MUST HAVE

  • Proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia)

ALL ROLE, except Manager and Director

  • More than 1 years professional HR experience (>1 years)

MANAGER

  • More than 5 years professional HR experience (>5 years)
  • Knowledge about National Labor Law in your respective country (country of residence/citizenship)
  • Knowledge on the need of Diversity and Inclusive Working Environment

DIRECTOR

  • More than 10 years professional HR experience (>10 years)
  • Knowledge about National Labor Law in your respective country (country of residence/citizenship)
  • Knowledge about International Labor Law
  • Knowledge on the need of Diversity and Inclusive Working Environment
