Sherman Produce Market, a Black Owned multi-generational business, has been providing fresh non-GMO, pesticide free produce to the local and regional communities since the 1950's. We are home grown in the soil of Fresno and excited to present attendees with the opportunity to experience fourteen different varieties of seeded and seedless red and yellow watermelons, cantaloupe and honeydew! This event is a great opportunity for customer service experience! Volunteer positions include:

  • Event set up/breakdown
  • Entertainment set up/breakdown
  • Vendor registration & coordination
  • Volunteer coordination
  • Attendee coordination
  • Kidzone (family fun play area)
  • Security & parking attendants
  • Watermelon Tasting team

The volunteer day is schedule for 6:30am - 5:30pm. Once signed up to volunteer, shift & volunteer station will be assigned by the festival production team based on need and skill. If you have experience in a high needs skill, please let us know!
