Odoo Functional Consultant Volunteer Role at CrowdDoing
CrowdDoing.world is seeking an Odoo functional consultant to help configure and customize Odoo to meet our business needs. This is an unpaid, virtual volunteer role to use your skills for social good.
As an Odoo Functional Consultant, you will document detailed requirements from various departments and translate them into Odoo configurations. You'll also train end users on new workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding CrowdDoing's needs and Odoo capabilities
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders through workshops
- Configuring Odoo modules and building custom workflows
- Creating user manuals, online help and training programs
- Conducting training sessions and monitoring adoption
- Providing post-implementation support to users
- Identifying areas of improvement based on user feedback

Requirements:
- 2+ years experience with Odoo implementations
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical thinking and business analysis skills
- Technical understanding of Odoo architecture
- Ability to understand diverse user needs
- Passion for volunteering skills towards social impact
