Patient Advocate with the St. Vincent de Paul Charitable Pharmacy

St. Vincent de Paul Charitable Pharmacy serves un-insured and under-insured patients who cannot afford their medications. Successful certification into the program allows patients to receive life-saving medications for free as well as disease management services and access to on-site primary care.

As a patient advocate volunteer with the St. Vincent de Paul Charitable Pharmacy your duties will include:

-Coordinate certification appointments via phone with patients, navigate scheduling calendar to document appointments pre-call patients prior to appointments to remind them of what documents to bring.

- Facilitate in-person appointments to determine eligibility into the pharmacy program.

- Be comfortable with patient and computer interaction.
