The Systems Change Ecosystem Coordinator plays a pivotal role in this journey, nurturing a holistic and dynamic environment where collaboration thrives, ideas converge, and transformative actions take root.

Role Overview:

As a Systems Change Ecosystem Coordinator, your role will be to foster an environment of collaborative innovation and systemic thinking within CrowdDoing. You will be at the heart of our efforts to integrate diverse perspectives and expertise, aligning them towards common goals for impactful social change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ecosystem Mapping and Analysis: Identify key players, resources, and dynamics within the systemic change landscape, both within and outside CrowdDoing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including volunteers, partner organizations, and community leaders, to foster collaboration.
  • Facilitating Collaborative Initiatives: Coordinate cross-functional teams and initiatives, ensuring alignment of goals and maximization of collective impact.
  • Innovation Incubation: Encourage and support the development of innovative ideas and strategies for systemic change, providing a platform for brainstorming and experimentation.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Learning: Organize workshops, seminars, and other events to disseminate knowledge, share best practices, and promote continuous learning within the ecosystem.
  • Feedback and Adaptation: Continuously gather feedback from ecosystem participants and adapt strategies and approaches to enhance collaboration and impact.
  • Qualifications:

    • Passion for systemic change and social innovation.
    • Strong understanding of systems thinking and collaborative methodologies.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Experience in project management, community engagement, or related fields.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

    Time Commitment:

    • This is a volunteer position. We expect a flexible commitment of 4 hours per week/month, with the possibility of adjusting based on project needs and your availability.

    Location:

    • This position is remote, enabling participation from anywhere in the world.
