Training Requirement:

Ethos staff can train

Teaching Commitment:

6-week program, 2 days per week, 1-hour per day

2 times a year

Administrative work, data collection, emails to participants

Additional Information about the volunteer opportunity:

Walk with Ease is a program for people with arthritis, joint pain and stiffness, or other chronic conditions. It is an evidence-based program that teaches you to start walking safely and stick with it.
