About this Opportunity
Heart to Heart Hospice is looking for military veteran volunteers to support our veteran patients. Our Veteran to Veteran support is very important to our care. Veterans have protected and cared for our country. Through our compassionate, Veteran-centric care, we are honored to serve those who have served us. We recognize the unique needs of each Veteran and his/her family with special services and the national We Honor Veterans program.
