Patient visitor in Fayetteville and or Springdale

Spend time with hospice patients in your local community in Northwest Arkansas. Hospice patients and their families highly benefit from friendly visitors who can spare time to socialize or provide caregiver respite. No hands-on care or experience required. Volunteers can read, listen, do light housekeeping, light pet care, art, music and play games or offer licensed therapies if applicable. e.g. massage, Reiki, pet therapy. We are also looking for licensed beauticians for simple haircuts and nail polishing.

This rewarding position can be long term or for a minimum of 6 month on weekdays or weekends. Every volunteer undergoes a background check, a drug screen and two consecutive TB-tests for insure the savety of our voulnerable population and receives training accordingly.
