Touch the lives of Hospice Patients with Massage therapy volunteers needed

Capital Hospice & Palliative Care is looking for kind and compassionate massage therapists to pamper hospice patients living at home or in long-term care settings.

For the hospice patient muscles may be contracted and stiff. Patients may spend their days immobile in a recliner or bed. Massage therapists can offer compassionate touch, relaxation, and relief.

All of our volunteers receive orientation in end-of-life care and support. Capital Hospice massage therapy volunteers must have a current massage license.

Capital Hospice values our volunteers and respects your busy schedules. Your commitment is completely up to you, whether you spend a couple of hours a week, or one day a month.
